Problems Per Line:

1. Coil and Shearing Lines: Translated coil, sheet length variations (shorter/longer sheets)

2. Depalletizer/Destacker/Unloader: Double sheets

3. Coater: Double sheets, sheets with missing lacquer

4. Curing (Oven Wicket): Double sheets, margin contamination

5. Printing: Double sheets, misaligned prints

6. Curing (UV Oven): Uncured printed sheets

7. Pressing: Blunting of presser because of double sheets, double ends

8. Inspection: Double ends, ends without lacquer, ends with partial lacquer, cracked lacquer in the rivet area, easy-open-ends with no tabs
