DETECTS SHEETS THAT ARE CUT BEYOND PREFERRED LENGTH
The IS1261 is a length measurement system for cutting lines. It is used straight on the line and can notify the user that the sheet length is getting outside of the allowed tolerance.
If a sheet falls outside the set limit, the operator can either reject the sheet or stop the line.
The sheet length is calculated by a microprocessor and shown on the LCD-display on the controller. The calculated value is compared to user set limits and values for average and standard deviation are logged.
