About the IS9021AV Vacuum Generator

The IS9021AV vacuum generator is the air-side half of an end rating station. It supplies the vacuum that draws each end onto its top plate seal and holds it in the IS9020TMR end adapter body, so the electrolyte stays where it belongs and the reading is taken on a still, properly seated sample.

An air pressure regulator, filter and water separator are built into the same unit. That keeps electrolyte and moisture out of your compressed air supply, which is the usual reason an air circuit on an enamel rating bench needs servicing. Add the optional IS9023 Automatic Vacuum Control Unit and the vacuum switches itself, so an operator can rate a full batch of ends without working a manual valve by hand.
