The IS1100 Innolytix® is Innosen’s canmaking QA software for the metal packaging industry. It collects readings automatically from coating thickness gauges and enamel raters over RS232 and RS485, logs every test against a user, batch and job, and turns the results into live dashboards, line graphs and heat maps. As a result, QA teams see a coating weight drifting or an enamel rating failing while the line is still running, instead of at the end of the shift.
Because it works with the IS860 CoatPro™ coating thickness gauge and the IS810 EnamelPro™ enamel rating gauge — as well as compatible third-party gauges already installed — the IS1100 sits on top of the equipment you own rather than replacing it. One license covers one computer and supports up to 99 individual user profiles, so a control room, quality laboratory or office PC can be shared by the whole QA team.

Does the IS1100 need a constant internet connection?
No. The software requires an internet connection only once, during initial license activation. After that the software runs entirely offline and stores test data locally, which makes it suitable for control rooms and quality laboratories with no network access.
How many users can access the system?
A single IS1100 license allows up to 99 individual user profiles. Several QA professionals and operators can therefore share one workstation while the software records their actions separately, keeping test records secure and attributable.
What are the system requirements for the IS1100 Innolytix® software?
The IS1100 runs on Windows 11 with a 64-bit (x64) processor, 16 GB of RAM and 500 MB of free disk space. Innosen recommends a 1920 x 1080 pixel display; 1280 x 720 pixels is the minimum. Installation requires administrative rights, and one license covers one computer.
Can data be exported for reporting or SPC?
Yes. Innolytix® stores test data locally and exports it as CSV at any time, so results can go straight into a spreadsheet, an SPC package or a customer report. You can filter data by user, batch, job type or date before exporting.
Does the IS1100 replace my existing coating thickness gauge?
No. The IS1100 is a data collection and analysis layer that sits on top of the gauges you already own. It reads from the IS860 CoatPro™, the IS810 EnamelPro™ and compatible third-party gauges over RS232 or RS485, so no measuring hardware has to be replaced.
