Products for Quality Assurance
Innosen's quality assurance products measure the coating integrity of flat sheets, formed cans, aerosols, tubes, foils and ends — across every stage of canmaking. Filter by what you produce to find the right system.
Choosing quality-assurance equipment
We did not follow the standard. We set it.
Innosen has been building enamel rating and coating thickness equipment for metal packaging for decades. First we built the probes, then the gauges around them, and eventually the end adapter that the industry now treats as the reference came out of that work — including units that reach the market under other brand names.
More recently we closed the loop with our own gauges — the EnamelPro IS810 and CoatPro IS860 — so the full system now comes from a single source.
So when you buy our probes, gauges, adapters and stands, you are buying from the people who designed them, hold the drawings, machine the parts and stock the spare probes. Engineering answers, calibration guidance, spare parts and lead times come from the source rather than from a label.
Quality Assurance Products from Innosen
Quality assurance products are the backbone of a modern canmaking line. Innosen designs sensors, gauges, adapters and software that verify coating integrity and thickness at every stage of production — from flat sheets and formed cans to tubes, aerosols, foil and ends. Our sensors help canmakers cut lacquer waste, catch defects earlier, and prove compliance to their customers around the world.
How Innosen equipment works together
The Innolytix® IS1100 software connects the family together, visualising every measurement across enamel rating and coating thickness. The EnamelPro IS810 handles enamel rating across substrates using purpose-built stands and adapters, while the CoatPro IS860 quantifies lacquer film weight with probes matched to your product — including the Hoverprobe® II IS9651 for flat sheets and the Tube Probe IS9561 for aluminium collapsible tubes.
Matching Innosen equipment to what you produce
Choose the right system by filtering above by what you make. Flat sheets pair with the CoatPro IS860 and the Hoverprobe II; formed cans use the IS9015 Can Stand family with the EnamelPro rater; tubes and aerosols run through the IS9017 Tube Stand and the Tube Probe IS9561; foil is handled by the IS9030 Foil Adapter; and easy-open ends use the IS9025 EOE Rivet Adapter together with the IS240 Tab Verifier on the conversion press.
Why canmakers pick Innosen
Innosen has been an innovative canmaking sensor company since our first coating gauge shipped to a European three-piece can plant. We build to a single standard across the whole range so operators can move between systems with minimal retraining, and every measurement flows into the same reporting layer for consistent audit trails.
