DETECTS WRONGLY ORIENTED CANS IN THE LINE, SUCH AS INSIDE-OUT OR UPSIDE-DOWN
Introducing Innosen’s IS625 Inverted Can Label Detector – the first of its kind in the industry.
This sensor is designed to detect can orientation by analyzing the printed decoration on can bodies, preventing issues such as cans being welded on the wrong side or the internal protective coating being on the outside.
Capable of detecting upside-down and inside-out can body, the IS625 works with colored and black-and-white printed decorations alike.
For optimal results, the sensor is best installed between the side seam lacquering station and the curing oven on can lines.
