IS860 CoatPro™: fast, precise lacquer thickness
The IS860 CoatPro™ uses capacitance to give real-time lacquer thickness readings. Its linearity is better than 1%, subject to probe and sample stability. As a result, teams can set process windows on measurement rather than margin.
For example, operators use a 7-inch touchscreen with a glove-friendly jog wheel. Meanwhile, an IP65 powder-coated stainless steel housing protects the gauge on the factory floor. CoatPro™ also connects through RS485, Ethernet and USB-C.
Calibration is simpler, too. Your team calibrates the gauge onsite once a year with an automatic calibration box, so you never ship it back or wait for a service visit. Because CoatPro™ works with the full Innosen probe range, it measures lacquer on flat sheets, formed cans, tubes and aerosols.
IS810 EnamelPro™: see exactly where lacquer fails
The IS810 EnamelPro™ checks inner and outer lacquer on cans, tubes, aerosols, ends and flat sheets. Before each test, contact verification and electrolyte level monitoring confirm a correct start.
In addition, reverse-polarity defect localisation shows operators where the lacquer fails, not only that it failed. You can adjust the test voltage from 3 to 30 V. The gauge also meets EN 15384-1 and EN 15384-2 for flexible aluminium tubes.
Similarly, it shares CoatPro™’s 7-inch display, IP65 housing and triple connectivity. It also holds up to 100,000 readings on board. Finally, it fits the broadest range of enamel rating fixtures in the industry.
IS1100 Innolytix®: the data brain behind coating quality
IS1100 Innolytix® completes the trio. It links CoatPro™ and EnamelPro™ and captures their measurements in real time. Then it turns that data into clear reports and charts.
