DETECTS UNWANTED DECORATION PRINTS ON THE BACK SIDE OF DECORATED METAL SHEETS
Introducing Innosen’s IS622 Ghost Print Detector.
This sensor is expertly designed to inspect the backside of decorated metal sheets for the presence of ghost prints or back prints.
Ghost prints or back prints pose a substantial risk, particularly in applications involving food or beverage packaging, as they can lead to contamination upon contact with non-food-grade inks.
Additionally, inks inside of the can may also cause aesthetic issues that could potentially lead to customer dissatisfaction.
The sensor is best installed under the conveyor which can be mounted on the following locations:
(1) Outfeed of the printing line
(2) Infeed of coater
(3) Infeed of the slitter
