Cela a permis d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des produits, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des processus et la productivit\u00e9, en comparaison des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de s\u00e9chage traditionnels. Le progr\u00e8s le plus significatif apport\u00e9 par les encres UV est d\u2019ordre esth\u00e9tique. Les couleurs sont plus \u00e9clatantes, les d\u00e9tails davantage mis en valeur et l\u2019esth\u00e9tique du produit est tr\u00e8s bien pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts d\u2019impression.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ces b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 une avanc\u00e9e technologique qui consiste \u00e0 utiliser la lumi\u00e8re UV. Pour autant, vous ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierez de ces progr\u00e8s qu\u2019\u00e0 condition que votre processus de s\u00e9chage par UV soit tout \u00e0 fait performant.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s uniques de la technologie de s\u00e9chage par UV<\/p>\n<p>Pour vous assurer que le processus de s\u00e9chage fonctionne bien, vous devez surveiller 2 param\u00e8tres :<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9nergie et la puissance <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&#8217;\u00e9nergie (exprim\u00e9e en Joules)<\/em><\/strong> est une mesure du nombre total de photons qui frappent une certaine surface du substrat dans le four \u00e0 UV.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La <strong><em>puissance<\/em><\/strong> (<strong>exprim\u00e9e en Watts<\/strong>) est le nombre de photons qui frappent une surface donn\u00e9e par seconde. Tr\u00e8s souvent, c&#8217;est la puissance qui permet de faire durcir le vernis UV.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les exigences de maintenance consistent donc \u00e0 surveiller les niveaux d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et de puissance en UV pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;ils sont suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour durcir correctement le vernis des t\u00f4les. Cela signifie que lorsque les niveaux d&#8217;UV diminuent, il faut \u00eatre capable de pouvoir le constater imm\u00e9diatement et de prendre les mesures correctives qui s\u2019imposent. Dans un premier temps, il est possible d&#8217;augmenter le courant des lampes de sorte que le four remplisse encore sa fonction sans pour autant compromettre la qualit\u00e9 du produit. Au vu de leur co\u00fbt, il ne faut envisager le remplacement des lampes que lorsqu\u2019il n\u2019est plus possible de les r\u00e9gler. Il n\u2019est pas souhaitable, et par ailleurs inutile, de remplacer pr\u00e9cocement les lampes, tant d&#8217;un point de vue financier qu\u2019environnemental (seules les lampes non LED contiennent du mercure)<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne pouvez pas faire l\u2019\u00e9conomie du remplacement des lampes quand celles-ci en ont besoin. En effet, les t\u00f4les dont le vernis n\u2019est pas correctement s\u00e9ch\u00e9 vous exposent \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes en aval du process, ou pire, des rejets de produits, voire des plaintes de clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>OUTIL DE MAINTENANCE PR\u00c9VENTIVE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La solution consiste \u00e0 utiliser un appareil qui mesure les niveaux de rayonnement d&#8217;UV afin de s&#8217;assurer que tous les param\u00e8tres de s\u00e9chage sont corrects, ce qui vous \u00e9vitera ainsi des probl\u00e8mes et des co\u00fbts inutiles. Un radiom\u00e8tre peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour mesurer ces niveaux d&#8217;UV. Mais pour pouvoir mesurer les niveaux d&#8217;UV dans un four de s\u00e9chage sans perturber le processus de production, l&#8217;appareil doit \u00eatre suffisamment petit pour passer par l&#8217;ouverture du four et suffisamment compact pour se trouver au niveau le plus proche du substrat. Bien qu&#8217;il existe plusieurs types de radiom\u00e8tres actuellement sur le march\u00e9, ils ne conviennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas en termes de taille &#8211; ils sont trop volumineux pour s&#8217;adapter aux ouvertures de petite taille &#8211; et trop chers.<\/p>\n<p>Innosen propose aux fabricants de bo\u00eetes de conserve 3-pc du monde entier le produit parfait pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9chage.
